A point-in-time report on the x402 market, sold the x402 way: pay for one download, get the PDF, done. No account, no subscription, no API key. This edition analyses the CDP Bazaar discovery corpus — concentration, a first-order wash-trading estimate, and where demand actually clusters.
This is the human counterpart to the machine front door. The report is a PDF meant for a person to read; an agent would have to extract text to use it. The lambda-runtimes route is the agent-facing JSON one.

The browser requests the report and gets back 402 with the payment terms — network, USDC, amount, recipient.

Your wallet pops up to sign a gasless EIP-3009 USDC authorization for $0.001. It's a signature, not an on-chain transaction — no ETH for gas, no pre-funding.

The facilitator settles on-chain and covers gas; the 200 returns the PDF with a settlement reference. The download starts automatically.
You need USDC on Base for the $0.001, but no ETH — settlement gas is covered by the facilitator. The same @x402/fetch client that runs on the server runs here in your browser; the only difference is that your wallet is the signer.
